We have provided Online Check-in Service, you can check in for your flight at your home or in your office. Please read this agreement carefully before you using this service.
1. Please make sure your check-in name and certificate No. correspond with that you use when purchase your tickets.
2. We are offering online check-in service for your ticket that bought through our website (www.shenzhenair.com), service hotline 95080, or from our network office and agents.
3. Online Check-in service is currently available for the flight departing from Shenzhen Airport and Guangzhou Airport.
4. Online Check-in service is currently unavailable for the passengers who are transfer, group, check-in in the other city, reissue or uncertain flights.
5. Online Check-in service is currently unavailable for the adult taking infant or children.
6. Passenger may check in for your flight from Shenzhen to Shanghai, Shenzhen to Wuxi after 9pm and 2 days prior to the scheduled departure time. Our online check-in service is available for other flights check in after 9pm and 1 days prior to the scheduled departure time. If your scheduled departure time is within 2 hours, please go to airport counter to handle it. You shall not check-in online if you have checked in at our airport counter,
7. Online Check-in service is currently unavailable for checking baggage. If you have baggage to check, please go to airport check in counter for the baggage check 45 minutes prior to the departure; if not, you may go directly to the gate before 30 minutes prior to the departure.
8. If you need to apply our special services (included important passenger, injured passenger, handicapped passenger, disabled revolutionary servicemen, police, pregnant woman, unaccompanied service and special meal etc),please check-in at airport counter.
9. Alcoholic drinks, knives and tools must be checked.
10. The boarding gate may be changed, please check it out from the airport screen or inquiry from our staff.
11. Passenger who handled online check-in but without boarding, we will deal with it according to the Regulation of Refund and Reissue from (Customer Service Guide) issued by ShenZhen airline.
12. Passenger can not apply reissue or cancel check in.
13. If the flight was canceled or combined, the seat No. will be changed. Our staff will inform you a new seat No..
14. If you have any special problem, please call our 24 hours service hotline 95080.

1. Passenger shall strictly abide by the rules issued by government department about valid documents for taking on civil aviation flight, and shall guarantee his or her documents is effective. Passenger shall be responsible for the results that name and documents do not match or failure documents.
2. The personator who check in shall be sent to public security organ.
